FAQ’s What is the process from making an enquiry to getting our window furnishings in?
- Contact us via our online form.
- Arrange a FREE measure.
- Quote is provided within 7 days.
- Place order (deposit required).
- When the products have arrived, we will be in contact to arrange the installation.
How long will it take to get them installed in my home?
Once we have placed orders it is on average 4-6 weeks until installation. Although sometimes due to the current circumstances and differences in current ongoing world events this is not always a guarantee. We will always do our best to keep you updated on the timing and expected arrival of your supplies.
I have just started building my new home - when should I contact Bay City Blinds to get my FREE measure and quote?
A measure can be booked any time after the plaster and architraves have been completed.
How can I check the range of supplies and samples that you have?
You can find our products listed with images on our website and social media. We also have physical samples as a part of our mobile showroom.
I am wanting automated roller blinds - do you offer this?
Yes! Automated roller blinds are one of our top selling products. Available in either Battery or Hardwired options.
How does payment work in regards to finalising my order?
For orders to be placed, we will require 50% deposit of the total quote. Once your supplies have come in, we will contact you about an installation time and your payment will be required on installation.
I have building plans and am wanting a quote to estimate what my blinds might be.
Send through your building plans to us via email and we can provide a cost estimate, an exact quote is not available until an official measure can be completed.
